Three things we fix most.
Listings here tend to be set up once and left. This is what we find.
Two listings, one business
An old listing from a previous address still shows. Reviews are split, and people ring a dead number.
The service area stops at Bannockburn
You work in Teesdale, Lethbridge and Geelong. The listing only says Bannockburn.
The services list is empty
Google lets you list each service with a description. Plenty of listings leave it blank.
Distance decides
a lot of the map.
Google favours businesses close to the searcher, so a Bannockburn listing won't top Geelong searches. It can win Golden Plains and look the most complete.
One clean listing, filled in properly.
We clean up duplicates, then fill in everything Google gives you room for.
One listing that holds everything
We ask Google to merge or remove the duplicate, so everything lands in one place.
The towns you really drive to
A service area covering the places you take work.
Every service, described
Every job you do, listed in your customers' words.
We're a Bannockburn business with a 5.0 from 125+ reviews.
The questions we get.
Distance is one of Google's three local ranking factors, and Bannockburn is a fair way from most Geelong searchers. A complete listing, steady reviews and Geelong pages on your site all help.
No. Google's guidelines don't allow virtual offices, and using one can get the listing suspended. Add Geelong to your service area instead.
Usually. You need access to both, then Google decides whether to merge them or remove the duplicate.
Ask every customer when the job's done, with a direct link. Google bans paying or rewarding people for reviews.
No. We cover Geelong, the Surf Coast and Golden Plains.
